Service Description

Duration: 4 weeks (1 session per week, 2.5 hours per session) Target Group: Teams looking to improve collaboration and communication Time: Morning or Afternoon (choose the best option for the company) Week 1: Introduction & Basics of Theater -Introduction to theater as a communication tool. -Group dynamics exercises (e.g., icebreakers, team-building games). -Basic improvisation techniques to foster communication and explore boundaries. Week 2: Improving Listening Skills & Non-Verbal Communication -Exercises focusing on active listening and interpreting body language. -Improvisation activities to strengthen empathy and understanding. -Role-playing to practice responding to non-verbal cues and communication challenges. Week 3: Conflict Resolution & Team Collaboration -Role-playing challenging work situations (e.g., conflicts, difficult client conversations). -Using theater techniques to approach and resolve conflicts in a safe and supportive environment. -Creating a collective team message or presentation. Week 4: Enhancing Creativity & Innovation -Improvisation and creative expression activities to encourage thinking outside the box. -Team-building activities focused on developing creative solutions for business challenges. -Group reflection on lessons learned and how to apply them to the workplace.
