Service Description

Duration: 4 weeks (1 session per week, 2.5 hours per session) Target Group: Employees seeking to reduce stress and improve emotional well-being Time: Morning or Afternoon Week 1: Stress & Emotion Basics -Introduction to stress and emotions and how theater can help manage them. -Body awareness exercises and breathing techniques for relaxation. -Theater exercises to express and release tension through physical movement. Week 2: The Body as a Reflection of Emotion -Exploring how the body reacts to stress and emotions. -Exercises where employees express emotions physically through movement and facial expressions. -Group feedback on how to break through emotional blocks. Week 3: Creative Expression for Self-Care -Improvisation and drama exercises to help employees express their emotions in a healthy way. -Focus on self-care practices and recognizing personal emotional boundaries. -Techniques to let go of negative thoughts and stress through creative expression. Week 4: Stress Management in Practice -Integrating the techniques into daily work life. -Developing personal stress management plans. -Group reflection and sharing tips for maintaining mental well-being in the workplace.
